Adeptcore Scales DaaS Solution with INAP Colocation and Custom Dedicated Private Cloud

Business Challenge

Adeptcore, Inc. was founded in 2016 as a managed IT service provider (MSP) in the Chicagoland market, and has been an INAP customer since the very beginning. In 2018, the company launched a Desktop as a Service (DaaS) product—Adeptcloud—for other MSPs to offer to their customers. When the service began to gain traction through word-of-mouth praise and recommendations in the MSP space, Adeptcore needed to develop an effective IT infrastructure strategy to scale and develop this offering.

Solution

Adeptcore worked with INAP to deliver Adeptcloud on a larger scale, adding additional servers and storage to create a hybrid solution that includes colocation and a custom dedicated private cloud. INAP’s experts monitor and manage the environment on a day-to-day basis, but grant Adeptcore the autonomy to take control when needed. With this flexible managed services solution, Adeptcore manages time and costs to better focus on its customers.

Zhirovetskiy estimates INAP’s managed solution saves him 35-45 hours per week, or one employee, on routine infrastructure management and upkeep.

In the year since launching, Adeptcore has grown exponentially, from one MSP partner to 65 across the US and three internationally. “Managed IT providers flock to Adeptcore for its support and expertise in the cloud technology industry. This has helped us establish lasting relationships with many companies,” said Zhirovetskiy. “But most importantly, this has established a relationship between us and INAP.
