With INAP, partners seamlessly complement and augment their current offerings without further investments in people or infrastructure. Regardless of the partner’s sales model, we provides sales support, solution architects, ongoing training, pricing tools and consulting to help them evolve their business.
Partners control the client engagement process. INAP’s experienced team members are an extension of the partner’s sales and engineering team and will engage per their guidance.
All formal deal registrations are honored for six months, as long as there has been customer engagement. If there is no customer engagement within 90 days, the partner will be given first right to renew registration.
INAP will assign dedicated partner sales representatives and solution architects who review the opportunity and engagement strategy within 24 hours.
INAP partners have instant access to budgetary pricing tools: quotes on public cloud and dedicated bare metal within 24 hours; quotes on private cloud solutions within 48 hours; and custom and hybrid environments based on customer deadlines.
INAP will not circumvent a partner’s engagement with all actively registered prospective and sold opportunities. Should an opportunity engage INAP via our self-service portal, the customer will be added to the partner’s portfolio and the partner will earn commissions on self-service purchases.
INAP’s experienced team represents the partner professionally and to the highest standards of their reputation. If you can document an incident in which INAP grossly underperformed, resulting in a loss of a sale, INAP will use best business efforts to present you a replacement opportunity of equal value.
INAP guarantees payout of all partner commissions prior to month’s end following the month of collection from the customer. Any payments not made by this time frame will earn 1.25% interest for every day past the last business day of the month not received.
The partner is paid at the account level for all initial sales, as well as add-ons for all properly registered opportunities during the duration of partnership. Once a commission is earned, there can be no percent reduction on earned commissions, and commissions will be paid for the life of the customer.
INAP makes onboarding easy. A dedicated implementation and project manager ensures the partner has access to billing, technical support and executive management backed by one of the industry’s strongest SLAs.
