Martina Saracevic leads INAP’s Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. She is responsible for the complete INAP customer life cycle, focusing on overall revenue growth through exceptional customer experience and satisfaction; ensuring long-lasting strategic partnerships and a continuous evolution within INAP’s solution offerings based on customer needs.
Martina is a driven customer-experience leader committed to the Service First mentality, empowering customers’ purpose with flexibility in their ongoing bare metal cloud journey. Throughout her 12-year career, Martina has held several leadership positions, including Business Development, Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales, Customer Success, and Operations with an emphasis on customer experience in all roles. Prior to INAP, Martina led numerous roles in the cloud space when she served at SingleHop as their Sales Director prior to the INAP acquisition.
Martina holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration for Economics and Finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
