Martina Saracevic leads INAP’s Customer Success and SMB sales group. She is responsible for the full INAP customer portfolio, focusing on overall customer experience, satisfaction, and retention efforts to ensure long lasting partnerships and growth within INAP’s solution offerings.
Martina is a driven customer-experience leader committed to the Service First mentality, empowering customers’ purpose with flexibility in their ongoing hybrid strategy journey. Throughout her career, Martina has held several leadership positions under the revenue organization, including Business Development, SMB, Enterprise Sales and most recently Customer Success with an emphasis on customer experience in all roles.
Martina holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
