Lisa Mayr is INAP’s Chief Financial Officer. Lisa joined INAP in July 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Lisa is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience. She has spent the majority of her career working with global technology and technology-enabled companies, both publicly-held and private.

Prior to joining INAP, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer of MicroStrategy, a publicly-traded business intelligence software company. She also previously served as CFO of two leading education technology companies, EVERFI and Blackboard, and has held leadership positions with LivingSocial, GeoEye (acquired by DigitalGlobe), Willis Towers Watson, Arlington Capital Partners and Ernst & Young.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from American University and an MBA from Georgetown University. She is also on the Board of STEM for Her, a non-profit that supports girls and young women to pursue careers in STEM and serves on the MBA Advisory Council for Georgetown University.
